Surf & Turf: Engine Room

Surf & Turf: Engine Room is a coastal fitness race in Newquay combining sea, streets and a final machine sprint, with a big finish at the Killacourt.

Competitors will begin with a 400m open-water sea swim before taking on a 4km road run across the beach and through Newquay. The final challenge is a choice of either a 500m Ski Erg or 600m Row, followed by a sprint to the finish line.

Designed to be short, intense and spectator-friendly, Surf and Turf offers a unique coastal fitness challenge for those looking to test themselves in the heart of Newquay.

The Challenge:
- 400m sea swim
- 4km road run
- 500m Ski Erg or 600m Row
- Final sprint to the finish

Race Timings:
Race starts will take place between 10:00am and 11:00am, with exact individual start times confirmed closer to race day.

Participants must be confident open-water swimmers and capable of safely completing the 400m sea swim and 4km run.

Entry Prices:
- Returning Athlete Rate: £29
- Standard Entry throughout August: £36
- Late Entry throughout September until entries close: £40
